At The Foundry Print Shop, we focus on high-quality, custom production—that usually means working in batches to keep things running efficiently and cost-effectively. That said, we’re also flexible and always open to finding solutions that fit your needs. If you’re close to a minimum or working on something unique, reach out—we’re happy to talk it through.

Here’s a general guide to our minimum order quantities (MOQs):

  • Screen Printing: 30 pieces per design (Add 10 pieces for each extra color or location)

  • Embroidery: 24 pieces

  • DTF Printing: 18 pieces

  • Patches & Labels: 100 units

  • Sewing / Finishing Services: 30 pieces

  • Stickers & Decals: 100 units


⏱️ Turnaround Times

Our typical production time is 7–12 business days from the time your order is approved and all materials are received. For larger or more complex jobs, timelines may vary slightly—but we’ll always communicate clearly so you know what to expect.

If you have a tight deadline or aren’t sure where your project fits, just let us know—we’ll do our best to work with your schedule and make it happen.

Tell us what you need so we can build an accurate quote.

Product Type: Screen printing, embroidery, DTF, patches, stickers, or finishing services.
Garment Info: Choose from our catalog or describe what you’re looking for. See basic minimums below:

Screen Printing: 30 pieces per design

Deadline: Let us know your target date. Standard turnaround is 7–10 business days from final approval. Rush options available.

Want to build your own mockup? Use our TinkerTee app—a simple, easy-to-use shirt designer. Upload your art, add text, and position everything exactly how you want it. The launch button is just below.

When you’re done, download your mockup and upload it with your quote request.

Select shipping or pickup from our South Seattle location.


✅ Step 6: Upload Your Artwork

Upload your design files, logos, or mockups (.png, .jpg, .pdf, .ai, etc.) so we can accurately assess your project.

Include any additional details—placement, garment colors, or creative direction.


✅ Step 8: Review & Submit

Double-check your info and submit your request. You’ll receive a confirmation email right away.

Our team will review your request and follow up within 1 business day with a custom quote.
