We ordered 425 t-shirts with a really tight turnaround time, and the entire Foundry team (especially Forrest and Alex) went ABOVE and beyond to make sure we met our deadline. He was incredibly communicative and worked very hard to get my order finished in a quality manner, while adhering to a tight timeline. We ordered fleeces to be customized and they look absolutely wonderful!

I will absolutely be using The Foundry for my future custom needs.

I worked with the Foundry over the course of several months to perfect my embroidered patch and t-shirt designs. I was very happy with how they came out, especially the patches. The team helped me refine my artwork to work best in embroidery and gave me helpful advice to end up with the best quality product at the end. These are 3” patches and they look amazing. The t-shirts also look great. The team worked with me to make sure my order got done in time for our event even though we were a little late paying the invoice with respect to their 2-3 week lead time. Alex and Forrest were very responsive by email. I sent a lot of emails with little details and asking for updated quotes, and they were kind and helpful every time. We had a fantastic experience working with The Foundry! They embroidered custom patches onto our employees' Mariners ball caps, and the finished product exceeded our expectations. The entire process was seamless from start to finish—their team was responsive, professional, and easy to work with every step of the way.

Most importantly, they delivered everything on time for our company Mariners game outing, which we greatly appreciated. The quality of the embroidery was excellent, and the hats looked incredible. I rarely write reviews, but this was a shockingly unprofessional experience and I would strongly recommend finding any other printer in Seattle for your project. Forrest, the owner, totally failed to get my order done in time because one of his employees didn't show up, and then kept pushing back the time that the shirts would be completed. When I arrived after he said they would be ready, nothing had been boxed up and I had to help him do it myself. Then, I was forced to pay thousands in overnight shipping fees to get the shirts where they needed to go because the Foundry couldn't get my order done on time. After this, he only offered to refund the rush fee, which was a very small portion of the thousands I paid to get the shirts printed. He was extremely rude over email and tried to blame me for the shirts not being done on time, which was pretty wild. I really would recommend pretty much any other printer in the city because I've had a much better and more professional experience with several of them.

Minimums & Turnaround Times

At The Foundry Print Shop, we focus on high-quality, custom production—that usually means working in batches to keep things running efficiently and cost-effectively. That said, we’re also flexible and always open to finding solutions that fit your needs. If you’re close to a minimum or working on something unique, reach out—we’re happy to talk it through.

Here’s a general guide to our minimum order quantities (MOQs):

Screen Printing: 30 pieces per design (Add 10 pieces for each extra color or location)
Embroidery: 24 pieces
DTF Printing: 18 pieces
Patches & Labels: 100 units
Sewing / Finishing Services: 30 pieces
Stickers & Decals: 100 units

Turnaround Times

Our typical production time is 2-3 weeks from the time your order is approved and all materials are received. For larger or more complex jobs, timelines may vary slightly—but we’ll always communicate clearly so you know what to expect.

How It Works: From Quote to Delivery

How to Place an Order

Thank you for choosing The Foundry Print Shop for your custom apparel, screen printing, embroidery, DTF printing, patches, stickers, and branded merchandise. Fill out the quote form below and we’ll take it from there.

Step 1: Tell Us Who You Are

Enter your name, email, and phone number so we can contact you about your project. If you’re ordering for a business or organization, include the company name.

Step 2: Tell Us About Your Project

Select the services you’re interested in and provide as much information as possible about your project, including garment type, color, quantity, print locations, and any other details you already know.

Our basic minimums are:

Screen Printing: 30 pieces per design
Embroidery: 24 pieces
DTF Printing: 18 pieces
Patches & Labels: 100 units
Stickers & Decals: 100 units
Sewing & Finishing: 30 pieces

We do have minimums, but we’re always happy to discuss your project and see what options may be available.

Step 3: Upload Your Artwork

Upload your artwork, logos, reference images, or creative inspiration with your quote request. We accept common file formats including AI, EPS, PDF, SVG, PSD, PNG, and JPG.

Don’t have finished artwork yet? That’s okay. Send us what you have and let us know what you’re looking for.

Step 4: Tell Us Your Deadline

Let us know your preferred completion date and whether it is a firm deadline.

Our standard turnaround is typically 7–12 business days after final artwork approval, payment, and receipt of any required materials. Rush production may be available depending on our schedule.

Step 5: Choose Delivery or Pickup

Let us know whether you’d like your completed order shipped or if you’ll be picking it up at the shop.

Step 6: Add Any Additional Details

Include anything else that will help us prepare an accurate quote, such as garment preferences, decoration locations, colors, sizing requirements, or creative direction.

Step 7: Submit Your Quote Request

Review your information and submit the form. Our team will review your project and get back to you as soon as possible, typically the same business day during business hours.
