Production & Refund Policy
By approving and placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms:
1. Order Approval & Cancellations
- Once a project is approved and paid, production is scheduled.
- A 50% refund may be issued only if cancellation occurs before garments are ordered.
- After garments have been ordered, cancellations are no longer eligible for standard refunds.
2. Non-Refundable Fees
The following fees are non-refundable under all circumstances:
- Artwork / design services
- Digitizing (for embroidery)
- Setup fees
3. Printing & Embroidery Variations (Blemishes & Industry Standards)
All products are produced according to standard industry tolerances. Minor variations are not considered defects.
Examples of acceptable variations include:
- Slight color differences due to fabric, dye lots, or printing process
- Minor placement shifts (generally within 0.5–1 inch)
- Small inconsistencies in embroidery stitching or thread density
- Press marks, slight scorching, or temporary marks that typically wash out
- Minor misregistration or ink variation in prints
Items with these characteristics are considered within acceptable quality standards and not classified as “blemished.”
4. Defects & Reprints
- Claims for defects or reprints must be submitted with the garments for review.
- All claims are subject to management inspection and approval.
- We reserve the right to determine whether an issue falls outside acceptable industry standards.
5. Partial Refund Option (Completed Orders)
At our discretion, if an issue is approved:
- Customers may keep the garments and receive up to a 75% refund on the embellishment (printing/embroidery) cost only.
- Garment costs are non-refundable once ordered.
6. Production Quantity Variance
- Orders are fulfilled within ±5% of the total quantity ordered.
- We may include overages at no additional charge to account for production variables and potential blemishes.
7. Turnaround Times
- All turnaround times are estimates, not guarantees.
- Delays may occur due to supply chain issues, production variables, or order complexity.
8. Customer Responsibility
- Customers are responsible for final proof approval, including design, spelling, sizing, and placement.
- We are not responsible for errors once a proof has been approved.
9. Intellectual Property
- By submitting artwork, you confirm you have the legal right to use it.
- We assume no responsibility for copyright or trademark infringement.
10. Quality Standard
We are committed to delivering products that meet recognized industry standards of quality. We are happy to review any concerns and work toward a fair resolution.
